Tectropica Singapore
TECTROPICA was a design competition entry prepared for the Singapore Government as part of a strategy to find an innovative and destination status attraction within the overall Marina Bay master-plan. TECTROPICA was a Disney scale theme-park and tourist based development that connected the Marina Bay area to the centre of Singapore by over-ground light rail link with its own destination station within the development.

Brian's role as concept developer and project director was to lead the team of specialist consultants and deliver the ultimate competition entry. The TECTROPICA submission was selected as the winning proposal but for economic and political reasons the project did not proceed.
